It's very simple. The whisk must be soaked in hot water in a large sauna bucket steamer and can then be lightly tapped onto individual body parts.

The 15-liter volume of our sauna bucket is ideal for steaming 1 to 2 sauna whisks.

And the water in which the sauna whisks were soaked can be used as an infusion on the sauna stones. Enjoy the natural scent of birch, oak or eucalyptus leaves.

(Leaves must not be present in the infusions. Only pure water is allowed on the stones)
