A roll of aluminum-coated insulating paper/cardboard with a heat-reflecting surface.

The foil consists of two layers. The first layer consists of 100% pure aluminum and
the second layer of special waterproof cardboard, because aluminum foil alone would simply tear during sauna construction work.

In this combination, not only is sauna construction made easier, but its subsequent use is also safe and pleasant.
