Manufacturer's Warranty Declaration
Please note the following instructions when claiming warranty:
According to the valid regulations, the electrical connection of the sauna heater and the sauna control may only be carried out by a specialist from an authorized electrical company. We would like to point out that in the event of a warranty claim, a copy of the invoice from the executing electrical company must be presented.
In case of complaints, the device must be sent in suitable packaging* (if possible, in the original packaging) to:

*ATTENTION: Risk of transport damage! Please pack goods carefully, otherwise no warranty can be assumed!
We cannot cover transport costs incurred for the return shipment. Goods sent freight collect will not be accepted by us.
Manufacturer's warranty from EOS:
- The warranty period begins on the date of the purchase receipt and generally lasts 2 years, and 3 years for private use.
- Warranty services will only be provided if the purchase receipt belonging to the device can be presented.
- Any warranty claim expires if changes are made to the device without the express consent of the manufacturer.
- The warranty claim also expires for defects caused by repairs or interventions by unauthorized persons or by improper use.
- For warranty claims, both the serial number and the article number must be provided along with the device name and a meaningful description of the error.
- This warranty covers the compensation for defective device parts, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer's warranty from HARVIA:
- The warranty period for sauna heaters and control units used in family saunas is 2 years.
- The warranty period for sauna heaters and control units used in public saunas in private buildings is 1 year.
- The warranty does not cover defects caused by faulty installation and use or disregard of maintenance instructions.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by the use of sauna heater stones other than those recommended by the factory.

Warranty declaration regarding manufacturer warranties:
§ 1 RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER WARRANTY RIGHTS AND NATIONAL LAW
1. This warranty does not affect the buyer's rights against the seller arising from the concluded purchase contract.
2. The above warranty conditions apply insofar as they do not conflict with the respective national law with regard to warranty provisions.
§ 2 WARRANTY SERVICE
1. The companies EOS (EOS Saunatechnik GmbH, Schneiderstriesch 1
35759 Driedorf, DE), sentiotec GmbH (sentiotec GmbHworld of wellness, Oberregauer Straße 48, 4844 Regau, AT) and Monuments Handelsgesellschaft mbH (Monuments Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Schneiderstriesch 1, 35759 Driedorf, DE) grant a two-year warranty for mechanical and electrical components of the device for private use, calculated from the purchase of the device by the buyer (consumer), in accordance with the conditions described herein. If defects occur within this warranty period that are not based on one of the causes listed in § 4, the respective manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, either replace or repair the device.
2. In the case of justified warranty claims, the product will be returned freight free. The respective manufacturer is free to repair the product, make an exchange, or refund the purchase price to the consumer. In the case of an exchange, the old product will be replaced free of charge with a new product of the same type, quality, and model. If the affected product is no longer manufactured at the time of the error notification, the respective manufacturer is entitled to supply a similar product.
Costs, expenses, postage and the like incurred by the warranty recipient will not be reimbursed.
Installation, dismantling, and transport costs will also not be reimbursed. Loss of business, loss of profit, and consequential damages based on a defect in the product are not covered by the warranty.
3. No warranty services other than those mentioned above will be granted.
§ 3 RIGHT TO REMEDY
1. In order to check the eligibility for warranty repair in advance, the warranty service requires that the buyer informs the dealer and/or the respective manufacturer BEFORE sending the device by phone or email about the occurred defect.
2. The device must then be sent in its original carton.
3. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted.
§ 4 WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. Warranty services will only be provided if a copy of the original invoice or the cash receipt issued by the dealer is presented together with the device. If a warranty case exists, the device will generally be repaired or replaced.
2. The warranty does not entitle to free inspection or maintenance or to repair of the device, especially if the defects are due to improper use. Also not covered by the warranty are defects in wearing parts due to normal wear and tear: defects or damage caused by improper use: all consumables and items, such as heating elements etc.
3. Furthermore, damages to the device caused by: will not be remedied under warranty:
- improper use or misuse of the device for a purpose other than its normal purpose in disregard of the operating and maintenance instructions of the respective manufacturer.
-Connection or use of the device in a manner that does not comply with the applicable technical or safety requirements in the country where the device is used.
-Damages caused by force majeure or other causes for which the manufacturers are not responsible.
4. The warranty entitlement expires if the device has been connected, repaired, or opened by an unauthorized workshop or by the customer himself.
5. Should it be determined during the inspection of the device by the respective manufacturer that the present damage does not justify the assertion of warranty claims, the costs of the inspection service by the respective manufacturer are to be borne by the customer.
§ 5 CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES
The buyer has no claims for damages due to poor performance of the warranty, in particular not for consequential damages. The liability of the manufacturers is limited in all cases to the value of the goods of the device.
Notes on warranty commitment, § 477 BGB:
Completely independent of this manufacturer's warranty and regardless of whether the prescribed warranty is claimed in a warranty case or not, the statutory warranty rights against the seller remain unrestricted. At their own discretion, the legally regulated buyer's rights due to defects in the purchased item – in particular subsequent performance, withdrawal, reduction of the purchase price, or damages (see § 437 BGB and the corresponding special limitation periods in § 438 BGB) – can therefore be asserted against the seller in addition to or without asserting the warranty claims. The warranty applies irrespective of mandatory statutory liability regulations, such as under the Product Liability Act, in cases of intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health by the respective manufacturer or its vicarious agents.
